Production Time

• Made-to-Order Process: It takes 2 to 3 weeks to handcraft, quality-check, and prepare your rug for shipment.

Once your rug is complete, it will be handed over to our courier partners. Shipping transit times depend on your location:

• Domestic Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

• International Shipping: 7 to 10 business days

• Each rug is individually handcrafted, resulting in subtle variations in size, design, and color. Actual colors may vary depending on lighting and device display.

• Visual appearance may change depending on the viewing angle.

• Shedding is a natural property of rugs, particularly in the initial period, and will reduce over time with regular use and care

• Vacuum regularly on low power (without beater bar)
