At Rare Knots, each rug is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. We strive to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects or damaged products received.
As our rugs are handmade, minor variations in color, size, weave, or texture are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order rugs
Rugs purchased during sale or clearance
Products damaged due to improper use or handling
Return Process
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with:
Order number
Clear images/videos of the issue
Once approved, we will guide you through the return procedure.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Important Notes
Slight shedding, color variation due to lighting/screens, and size tolerance (±2–3%) are natural characteristics of handmade rugs.
Rugs should always be rolled, not folded, when repackaging for return.
