  • Made-to-order or customized rugs may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free shipping across India, unless stated otherwise.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier serviceability.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or borne by the customer.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Rare knots is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Packaging

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
